Refund & Return Policy

At Elevate Biolabs LLC, we are committed to delivering a premium and reliable experience for every customer. All products are handled under strict quality control standards to ensure consistency and integrity.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, quantities, and shipping information prior to placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Order Issues & Support

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at:

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, Elevate Biolabs LLC, in its sole discretion, will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may be denied.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Elevate Biolabs LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, all responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly and file a claim where applicable.

Address Errors

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Elevate Biolabs LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Product Handling & Use

Elevate Biolabs LLC is not responsible for any issues resulting from improper handling, storage, or use of products after delivery.

All products are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research, analytical testing, and scientific study by qualified individuals or entities.
Not for human consumption.

Right to Refuse Requests

We reserve the right to deny any request for refund, replacement, reshipment, or store credit if, in our sole discretion, the claim is fraudulent, abusive, unsupported, or submitted outside the required reporting timeframe.
