Shipping Policy
At Elevate Biolabs LLC, we are committed to processing and delivering orders efficiently and reliably.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are prepared for shipment and handed off to the selected carrier.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier selected at checkout. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
Elevate Biolabs LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs issues, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Elevate Biolabs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elevatebiolabs.co.
Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, Elevate Biolabs LLC, in its sole discretion, may provide a replacement or store credit
Address Changes & Order Modifications
Once an order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made, including shipping address updates.
