About Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-44) bearing a trans-3-hexenoic acid modification at the N-terminus. The modification confers resistance to DPP-4 cleavage, extending the molecule's active life in experimental systems.
It is one of the most extensively documented GHRH analogs in the scientific literature, making it a common positive-control and reference compound in GH-axis and metabolic research. Supplied lyophilized with lot-level analytics.
Documented research areas
- GHRH receptor signaling studies
- DPP-4 resistance and peptide stability research
- GH-axis and IGF-1 pathway models
- Comparative GHRH-analog pharmacology

Testing & documentation
Every production lot of Tesamorelin is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory before release. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry and purity is quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), with a minimum release threshold of 99%.
A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is available on request, email support@elevatebiolabs.co. Vials are filled and sealed under laboratory-standard conditions and shipped in tamper-evident packaging.
