Quality & testing

Proof, on paper,
for every lot.

Our quality program is built around one rule: no lot is released without independent analytical verification. Here is exactly what that means.

The release pipeline

Five gates between synthesis and your bench

Specification

Each compound is defined by sequence, molecular weight, appearance, and purity specification before sourcing begins.

Incoming inspection

Received lots are quarantined, logged, and inspected against specification before any further handling.

Independent analysis

Samples from every lot go to a third-party analytical laboratory, HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry for identity.

Release decision

Lots at or above 99% purity with confirmed identity are released. Anything below threshold is rejected outright.

Sealed fulfillment

Released vials are sealed in tamper-evident packaging and stored cold until dispatch, the same business day when ordered before 1 PM ET.

Analytical methods

What the testing actually measures

  • RP-HPLC purity, reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography quantifies the target compound against all impurities, reported as area-percent purity.
  • ESI-MS identity, electrospray mass spectrometry confirms the measured molecular mass matches the theoretical mass of the sequence.
  • Appearance & reconstitution, visual inspection of the lyophilized cake and solubility behavior against specification.
  • Net content, fill mass verified against the labeled quantity.
Reading a COA

Requesting your Certificate of Analysis

Every vial we ship is traceable to its production lot. Email support@elevatebiolabs.co with your order details and we will return the COA, typically within one business day.

The COA documents the analytical method, measured purity, identity confirmation, appearance, and release status, signed off before the lot ever went on sale.

Handling & storage

Keeping materials stable after release

Lyophilized by design

Freeze-dried peptides are dramatically more stable than solutions, resistant to hydrolysis and easier to store, ship, and reconstitute precisely.

Cold-chain aware

Long-term storage at −20 °C is recommended for most compounds, protected from light and moisture; short-term handling at 2–8 °C is acceptable.

Tamper-evident

Every order ships sealed, so the vial that left our facility is verifiably the vial that reaches your laboratory.
